How is SheetRocks different from Google Sheets?

SheetRocks is more programmable and high performing than Google Sheets, allowing it to be used as a backend for full-featured apps.

How is this different from "low-code" or "no-code" tools?

Low-code tools like Zapier, Airtable, or Frontly are like lego bricks – if what you need to build is supported, they would be a great fit, otherwise you're out of luck. Building with SheetRocks is like 3D printing your app– the app gets built exactly to your specifications.

Why would I choose this over a traditional database backend?

With SheetRocks, you get the full power of a spreadsheet (easy administration, auditing, analytics, charting, etc) but also the full flexibility of a web app (custom domain, custom logic, bespoke integrations, etc).

Can SheetRocks integrate with other tools?

SheetRocks has a powerful, full-featured API that can be used to integrate with any system that also has an API.

Do I have to pay a monthly fee for using SheetRocks?

After the 30-day free trial, there is a $50 / month cost for hosting one (1) app. We also offer an optional Premium Support plan for an additional $150 / month.

Do I have to pay per user?

Nope! Whether your app has 1 user or 500, it's the same cost per month depending on your plan.

Is there a limit to how many apps I can build on SheetRocks?

Nope! Feel free to build as many as you need / want. SheetRocks is a powerful tool and once you learn what it's capable of you just might be tempted to migrate over as many workflows as possible. Enjoy!
